Key Terms & Conditions

1. Documentation Requirement
   All products must be returned along with the original certificates and relevant documents, wherever applicable.

2. Evaluation Process
   Each product undergoes a quality check and valuation process, which may take up to 15 business days.

   • For exchange: You may choose a new product of equal or higher value by paying the price difference.

   • Delivery timelines for exchanged products will follow the standard timelines mentioned on the website.

3. Request Withdrawal
   If you decide not to proceed after valuation, the product can be returned to you upon payment of a nominal processing fee.

4. Buyback Settlement

   • The buyback amount will be credited as store credit (up to ₹5,00,000), redeemable after 30 days.

   • If you opt for a bank transfer, a 10% processing charge will be applicable.

5. Market Value Consideration
   The current market value of the product will be determined based on prevailing rates at the time of the request.

6. Eligibility Scope
   Any request made after the initial 15-day return window will be processed under this policy.

7. Custom Jewellery
   Customised and personalised jewellery pieces are also covered under this programme.

8. Gemstone Classification
   Natural gemstones include both precious and semi-precious stones purchased from us.

9. Exclusions in Value Calculation
   Making charges and applicable taxes are not included when calculating exchange or buyback value.

10. Product Condition
    Items altered, repaired, or modified by third parties will not be eligible under this policy.

11. Non-Eligible Items
    This policy does not apply to:

• Loose diamonds or gemstones (natural or lab-grown)

• Gold coins
