Resizing Eligibility

  • One complimentary resizing is offered within 15 days of delivery
This includes free insured pickup and return shipping

Important Guidelines

  • Weight Variation:
    Resizing may lead to slight changes in metal weight. Any difference exceeding ₹500 will be either charged or refunded accordingly
  • Design Limitations:
    Certain designs (rings, bracelets, bangles) may not support resizing due to their structure or setting
  • Request Timeline:
    Resizing requests made after 15 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our support team
  • Third-Party Alterations:
    Products modified or resized by external jewellers will not be eligible for any resizing services

Policy Impact

Once a resizing request is initiated:

  • The 15-day return/exchange window becomes void
  • The product will instead fall under our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy
